Training provided by National Council for Mental Wellbeing.

QPR GATEKEEPER CERTIFICATION (SUICIDE PREVENTION)

Evidence-based suicide prevention training focused on recognizing warning signs, engaging individuals in crisis, and connecting them to appropriate mental health resources using the Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) model.
Certification by QPR Institute.

TRAUMA-INFORMED CARE CERTIFICATE

Training in trauma-informed approaches that emphasize safety, empathy, and understanding the psychological impact of trauma when supporting individuals in healthcare, counseling, and community settings.

Training in peer support principles, recovery-oriented care, and lived-experience advocacy to assist individuals navigating mental health and substance use recovery.
Training completed through Fresh Start of Miami-Dade.

NALOXONE (NARCAN) OVERDOSE RESPONSE CERTIFICATION

Training in recognizing opioid overdose symptoms and administering naloxone to reverse potentially fatal overdoses while providing emergency response support until medical services arrive.
Certification by End Overdose.
